Thank you to everyone who attended the Wadebridge Folk Festival 2009. The festival went really well, thanks to all the people who turned up to enjoy it, and the hard work of all the Stewards. We've received plenty of great feedback from people who attended. The things you particularly enjoyed were the street entertainment and friendly atmosphere, the real ale in the bar and the variety of folk styles as well as the array of local bands and Cornish music. The acts most singled out for praise were The Tannahil Weavers, Reg Meuross, The Cornish Lads show, Dogan Mehmet, The Gumbo Flyers and the Carrivick Sisters.

There will be an event in Wadebridge over the August bank holiday weekend in 2010. Details are yet to be confirmed, but keep an eye on this site for updates. If you'd like to be updated about the Wadebridge Folk Festival by email, please send your request to post@wadebridgefolk.co.uk and we will add you to the Wadebridge festival emailling list. (We will never pass your details on to anyone else.)
